** Changing and cancelling a physiotherapy initial appointment booking

Changing a physiotherapy appointment

If needed, you can view, change, or cancel your booking: https://digiregistratuur.ee/login

To change an appointment, open the booked time and click the “CHANGE” button below the booking.

When changing, your existing booking details will open, and you will be given the option to search for a new time.

Fill in the search fields and click the “START SEARCH” button at the bottom of the page.

When a suitable time is found, you will see both the current and new booking details. To confirm the new time, click the “CONFIRM” button at the bottom of the page.

Cancelling a physiotherapy appointment

If you fall ill or cannot attend your appointment for another valid reason, please cancel your appointment in the e-Registry as soon as possible. To do this, go to the bookings overview page and open your booked appointment: https://digiregistratuur.ee/login

Your booked appointment will open. If you are sure you want to cancel it, click the “CANCEL BOOKING” button at the bottom of the page.

When changing, your existing booking details will open, and you will be given the option to search for a new time.

** Changing and cancelling a physiotherapy follow-up appointment booking

In the confirmation email sent to you, you will find a cancellation code. If you wish to cancel your appointment, enter the code and cancel the booking.

If you wish to change your appointment time, you need to log in (using Mobile-ID or ID-Card), after which you will be able to modify your existing booking.
