Physical and mental health coach

Ülemiste Physiotherapy Clinic now offers coaching as a new service for everyone seeking support in improving their mental and physical health and achieving their goals. Mental and physical health are closely connected, and through coaching methods a person can grow and stay motivated, as changes in life are inevitable. Our goal is to provide confidential and ethical support in improving health.

I am an ICF-certified (Certificate No. ECIC-352417) and practicing solution-focused mental health and development coach. My academic background in psychological counseling, combined with coaching, creates a unique approach. In addition, I am a sports enthusiast and father of two with a long-standing background in marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, leadership, and adult training.

Experience and mutual commitment help us grow together in the direction you wish to take during our shared journey.

What is your investment in achieving your goal?

Decide based on how you feel—whether we can find solutions quickly or whether the process requires more time and reflection, depending on your goal. Keep in mind that change takes time and does not happen overnight.

Coaching

Coaching as a methodology involves listening, reflecting, asking questions, creating clarity, and seeking solutions with a future-oriented approach. Often the solutions are obvious, but difficult to notice on your own.

A coach (thought trainer) helps to see from an outside perspective and, through various techniques, discover solutions together and inspire action. Together, positive opportunities for self-development are analyzed and put into practice.

A coach does not give advice but helps the person find answers through questions and exercises. Every individual already has inner resources, and coaching helps to unlock them.
